House shares are furnished, decorated and kept to the same standard with regular maintenance. With homely touches like pictures on the walls.

Rooms are properly furnished rather than filled, with under bed storage, desks for students, and some even have work from home rooms.

If something breaks, you message the house groupchat and it gets sorted. You are dealing with the person who manages the house, not a call centre.

In our shared houses, as standard:

• All bills — gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence
• Virgin superfast broadband, with a 24/7 helpline if it goes down
• Keypad entry, so there are no keys to lose and nobody gets locked out at midnight
• Heating on a schedule, with a boost button you can press whenever you want

Professional house shares also get a cleaner once a month for the kitchen, bathrooms and communal areas.

Single lets are let unfurnished or furnished depending on the property, with bills paid by you. Ask us and we will tell you which.
