Terms of business

Our full terms of business and management agreement set out what we do, what we charge, how either of us can end the agreement, and how we handle your money and your property.

We will send you a copy before you instruct us, and you will sign it before we take on any property. Nothing in it will be a surprise — our fees are published in full on our fees page.
